As a Management Assistant, you are the central point of coordination around the CFO. You manage his calendar, schedule appointments and travel, and coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action points. In addition, you act as the first point of contact for stakeholders and direct questions to the appropriate people within the organization.
You also support administrative and financial tasks, such as preparing and reviewing documents, expense claims, reimbursements, and budget monitoring. Since you work with confidential information, discretion, accuracy, and professionalism are essential in this role.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the CFO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and organizing travel;
- Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and redirecting inquiries to the right people;
- Preparing and reviewing documents on behalf of the CFO;
- Coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring action items;
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as reviewing contracts and invoices;
- Prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines;
- Collaborating with various departments, including Finance, Procurement, Risk, and IT.
