As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will focus on operational excellence and ensuring seamless logistics processes. Your tasks include:

  • Order Processing: Managing and monitoring orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Customer Support: Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing updates and handling inquiries.
  • Transport Coordination: Organizing shipments with carriers and partners, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.
  • Documentation Management: Preparing and handling all necessary shipping and customs paperwork.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing any delays, discrepancies, or operational challenges promptly and effectively.

Your role is hands-on and operational, with a focus on delivering consistent and reliable results.

  • Education: A background in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is preferred (vocational training or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Proven experience in logistics or supply chain support roles, with a focus on operations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Dutch or German preferred). Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Personality: You are a team player, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
