You dive into the customer lifecycle, discover patterns, and advise your colleagues from marketing to e-merchandising on the next brilliant move. You are the driving force behind our commercial successes!
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify commercial opportunities.
- Translating data insights into concrete advice and strategies for the marketing team.
- Acting as a sparring partner and advisor for the marketing, BI, and e-merchandising departments.
- Monitoring and contributing to the improvement of KPIs such as retention rate, customer value, and conversion.
- Developing customer models (such as RFM) to strengthen the business in the long term.
- Optimizing customer selections and targeting for campaigns.
- Proactively developing ideas for new, trigger-based campaigns for marketing automation.
