Functieomschrijving

You own a territory (either UK & Nordics or Spain, depending on your language skills) and grow revenue with a consultative, relationship-driven approach. You’ll manage existing key accounts and develop new ones for our Industrial SSD and DRAM solutions. Expect a thoughtful pace (quality over quantity), long sales cycles, and plenty of cross/upsell within an established customer base. Travel is typically 15–20% (often one customer trip per quarter) plus 1–2 major trade shows per year.
 



Essential duties & responsibilities
  • Manage and expand assigned key accounts; create growth plans and accurate forecasts (Salesforce).
  • Develop new business in your region: warm outreach, referrals, events (not a cold-calling role).
  • Advise customers on the right technical fit; translate needs into clear proposals and commercial terms.
  • Lead capability & sales presentations; prepare quotes and negotiate agreements.
  • Maintain a high level of weekly activity (calls, visits, online demos) with a structured, detail-oriented habit.
  • Gather market intel (pricing, competitors, new tech) and share with product/marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe & HQ; ensure clean hand-offs and on-time delivery.
Functie-eisen
  • Excellent English plus Spanish (highest priority), German or French. Multilingual is a must!
  • 3–4+ years B2B sales experience (ideally IT/hardware or industrial tech). Retail-only backgrounds typically don’t fit our consultative style.
  • Strong technical affinity; comfortable discussing specs and solutions (you don’t need to be an engineer).
  • Proven consultative approach with patience for longer cycles and relationship maintenance.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-focused; a team player who takes ownership without ego.
  • Willing to learn, improve and share knowledge—our customers are conservative, trust must be earned.
