Do you enjoy working in a dynamic international environment where no day is the same? As a Sales Support Employee at Apacer, you play a key role in keeping orders, projects, and customer communication running smoothly. You are the main contact for distributors in your region and work closely with colleagues from sales, logistics, and finance to ensure everything is on track.

This is a varied role where coordination, customer contact, and teamwork come together. You keep overview, think proactively, and know how to switch quickly when priorities change. Thanks to your support, customers receive the best possible service and projects move forward successfully.

Your responbilities:
  • Manage and support an international distributor portfolio.
  • Follow up orders and projects from quotation to delivery.
  • Monitor pricing, availability, and lead times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
  • Keep overview and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Functie-eisen
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in an international and multicultural team, where colleagues — all based around Eindhoven — bring backgrounds and perspectives from all over the world. You feel comfortable in a collaborative environment, enjoy connecting with different cultures, and like being part of a close and supportive team. Besides that, you are someone who:
  • Has MBO+ or HBO level.
  • Brings at least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service or order management.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in an additional European language (e.g., French, Italian, or similar) is considered an advantage
  • Works structured, accurate and calm under pressure.
  • Is pragmatic, emotionally stable and not easily stressed.
  • Communicates easily and adapts to different cultures.
  • Is interested in technical or industrial products and eager to learn.

  • No commission pressure; instead an annual performance bonus plus profit sharing from HQ.
